Problem statement

Assessing and analyzing plant alarm philosophy is
a tedious task, as each time plant manager needs
to pass through local site security, and move out
to visit another site with the same process. Each site performs in silos and adherence to alarm philosophy
differs from site to site.

A global alarm champion or executive requires to know the recommendations to increase plant efficiency across all sites.
